FAQ's

What is the return policy?

  • If when you receive your goods you find that, in the unlikely event, they are faulty or not as portrayed, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or a refund provided that the goods are returned complete, unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging, within 7 days of delivery.  Postage will only be returned where the goods are faulty or incorrect.  We recommend that you keep a proof of posting when returning goods.  Please note: personalised items will not be refunded unless the item is faulty or the personalisation is not as you requested on your order.
What are the shipping options?
  • FREE Royal Mail Tracked 48 with signature is provided with EVERY purchase: we aim to deliver these orders within 2-3 working days.   Royal Mail Special Delivery: £12.95. All orders to be received by 2.00pm Monday to Saturday.  Orders placed anytime on Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday. Orders placed on Monday to Friday by 2.00pm will be delivered the next day for Special Delivery and with 2-3 days for Tracked 48.  Orders placed on Saturday before 2.00pm will be delivered on Monday. 
Can you gift wrap my order?
  • Yes!  All personalised gifts are available with gift bags.  This is on every product page with the gift wrap options.  Just choose the colour and we'll ship the gift straight to the recipient gift wrapped.
Can you ship direct to the recipient?
  • Yes!  Just be sure to add the recipient's address under delivery address and we'll send it direct to them.

When will I receive my order?

  • When we dispatch your order you will receive and email with tracking details.  You can track your order direct from the email, on the Royal Mail website or on their app.  Royal Mail Tracked 48 with signature is aimed to be delivered within 2-3 working days and Special Delivery is delivered the next day.  Please see our shipping policy for more information regarding cut off times.  Most orders are made and dispatched on the same day.

What do I do if I haven't received my order?

  • Please notify us as soon as possible either by telephone or email if you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time. We will endeavour to get your goods to you as soon as possible or you may cancel your order and obtain a refund. We will attempt to deliver your order to your delivery address. If products are returned to us as undeliverable, we shall refund the price of the products less £5 or the products (whichever is less) to cover our postal and administrative costs.
How do I make changes or cancel an order I’ve already placed?
  • Notify us as soon as possible after placing your order.  If we haven't already created or dispatched the order, we will be happy to make changes or cancel. 
How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?
  • All our candles are made with 100% natural soy and coconut wax blend and our wax melts are vegan, Halal & Kosher certified and made with a rapeseed & coconut blend wax.  Our gift boxes and the inserts are made using recycled materials and are fully recyclable.  The ribbons can be donated to the clothing containers at your local recycling centre.  Our postal boxes and packaging are all made from recycled products and is also fully recyclable.  We may even re-use boxes that have been sent to us.  We are committed to saving our environment.

Do you do corporate gifting?
  • This is something we can consider.  Please contact us at help@candleboutique.net with your requirements.  We do all our own printing so MOQ can be in small amounts.
